Orders are typically processed within three to five business days. Delivery times and charges may vary depending on the destination and the weight of the order. Selected products may also be available for collection from our Edgware salon. Please check the product page and the options displayed at checkout before completing your purchase.

Eligible unused products may be returned within 30 days of receipt when they remain unworn or unused, with their tags, original packaging and proof of purchase. Under our current policy, personal-care and beauty products are generally non-returnable. Please contact us before returning any item, and report damaged, faulty or incorrect products as soon as possible. Your statutory rights are not affected.
